In case of any technical issue found in online fee payment

During the online payment through credit/debit card if the payment gets debited and the internet goes down due to some external server malfunction or any other similar happening. The system fails to generate the required acknowledgment due to internet malfunction. The payment gets deducted from the payer's account and does not reach the institute's account or payment gets debited twice due to server error. We shall not be responsible in any case until the course fee paid by student or parent is credited in to the Bank Account of the institute. If credited into our account, the refund policy will be applicable as per the institute norms.

In case of a violation of this condition the user shall become liable to pay for the credits/points/course/pack/anything else that he has sold or shared and shall forfeit all his credits/points/course/pack/anything else accumulated and his account shall be terminated.
• If the user does not agree to any of the terms mentioned in this agreement, then the user should exit the site through his browser.

4 Jurisdiction

• PROPER LEARNING makes no warranty that (i) the service will meet the user’s requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by the user through the service will meet user's expectations, and (v) any errors in the software will be corrected.
• Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done at the user's own discretion and risk and that user will be solely responsible for any damage to the user's computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

6 Payment

• Domestic and international credit cards issued by banks and financial institutions that are part of the Visa, Master Card & Amex Card networks, Visa & Master Card Debit cards, Net banking/Direct Debit payments from select banks in India. A list of available options will be made available at the time of the Purchase, Cash Pick Up, Payment Wallets
• The User is hereby expressly made aware that his/her card statements will reflect that a payment has been made in favour of the Company. The User is further aware that in case of third party statements, including bank and credit card statements, the merchant name may appear in an abbreviated format, and the Company has no control over the same. To successfully subscribe on the Website, the User is required to complete the transaction by making the payment for the services opted for. User will be charged a non-refundable enrolment fee along with the package subscription fee this is a one-time fee for providing access to the PROPER LEARNING platform.
